In July, the Government accepted all the recommendations from the Dash Review including abolishing Healthwatch. The Government have now formally responded to the petition backed by over 10,000 people. Read more about the response, what it means for Healthwatch Derbyshire, and our plans going forward.

Pharmacy First launched in early 2024, and allows pharmacists to prescribe and treat seven common conditions, so people don't have to visit their GP. Between July and October 2024, we surveyed 220 residents about Pharmacy First. Take a look at our report to find out what people thought to the new scheme, and what we recommend to boost awareness.
