Speaking up for better care – our Annual Report for 2025-2026!
Welcome to our annual report for 2025-2026. We want to see people who use health and social care services being put centre- stage so that service providers and commissioners listen to what they have to say and use their voices to shape, inform and influence service delivery and design.
Highlights
- This year, 508 people told us about their experiences with health and social care services.
- We published 13 reports on how to make health and care services better.
- Our dedicated team of volunteers have given 2811 hours to help our community.
- We provided clear advice and information to 1,325 people about important topics like how to access advocacy services and finding an NHS dentist.
- Our most popular report was ‘The views of home care workers on flu vaccination and infection prevention’.
