Between June and October 2025, we spoke to 650 people across Derbyshire to understand what they think about the NHS App. This includes what works well for them, and what could be improved, as well as the changes they would like to see to make it more accessible and supportive for everyone.

We carried out this work to help improve support and uptake of infection prevention measures within home care services.
