Have your say on stop-smoking support in Derbyshire and Derby City

We want to hear from local people in Derbyshire and Derby City, who smoke. We’re running a short survey to better understand people’s smoking habits and the challenges they face when trying to quit.

We’d like to know:

  • Why people may smoke
  • What might encourage them to stop smoking
  • How aware people are of local stop-smoking services such as Live Life Better Derbyshire, and Live Well in Derby City.

We’re also asking about how easy it is to find and access support – whether that’s in your local community, online, or at work. The results from our work will help shape future stop-smoking support and make sure local services meet the real needs of people across Derbyshire.

The survey takes just 5–10minutes to complete, and everyone who takes part can enter a prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher.

Closing date: 5 December 2025
