Have your say on the NHS App

We're running a quick and easy survey to gather local people’s experiences of using the app, and want to hear your views.

The NHS App allows users to order repeat prescriptions, view test results, access medical records, and in some areas book GP appointments. The services you can access on the App will vary depending on those offered by your GP practice.

The app can be used by anyone registered with a GP aged 13 or over. It is promoted as a easy way to manage your healthcare. But while millions of people across the country use it, it might not work for everyone.

We want to understand how people in Derbyshire are finding using the NHS App:

  • Is it easy to use?
  • Does it help you manage your healthcare?
  • What improvements or changes would you like to see?
  • Or have you tried to use it, but found it doesn't work for you?

Your feedback will help the NHS understand what’s working well and where changes are needed.

Take the quick survey here today.

Survey closes: 31 October 2025.
