- Staff were described as friendly, helpful and respectful
- People felt comfortable attending and talking about their sexual health
- The outreach van was welcoming and we found it to be a useful way to provide support in the community
- The website was clear and helpful, with a few areas for improvement
- Our accessibility audit found the service to be inclusive for people with different needs, with a few suggestions to improve this further
What we suggested:
We made 20 recommendations to help the service to continue to improve. These included:
- Making reception areas more private
- Improving website language and signage to help understanding
- Adding grab rails to the outreach van
- Providing more easy-read information and clearer travel details
Thank you to staff at Wheatbridge Health Village and the Outreach Van for helping us with our Enter and View visit, and for patients on the day who spoke to us and gave us their feedback.
