Thomas Fields Care Centre Enter & View Report

As part of a series of planned Enter and View visits, we were invited by Derbyshire County Council to visit Thomas Fields Care Centre in Buxton. The visit took place in November 2023.
We were asked to report on:
• The quality of care provided
• How people are involved in service improvements
• Any issues or concerns raised by service users, staff, and relatives
• Equality and diversity practices.
