Elena Solcianska

Living Well Lead Engagement Officer

A qualified teacher with a combined degree in psychology and criminology, Elena quickly found her passion in supporting adults with their mental health and well-being.

Having experience in working in the criminal justice sector and as a Substance Misuse Practitioner, Elena gained a deep understanding of trauma and its negative effects on mental health.

Elena joined the team as the Living Well Engagement Lead Officer in December 2022. Her aspiration is to break down the barriers and stigma around mental health and to create an inclusive society.

Ronique Williams

Ronique Williams

Living Well Engagement Officer

Ronique has worked within mental health in both the public and voluntary sectors since 2017, most recently as a Family Support Practitioner. A key part of her role was to support children, young people, and their families with their emotional health and well-being.

Also currently studying to be a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, she brings with her a good knowledge of mental health needs and services and is compassionate and empathic. Joining the Living Well team as an Engagement Officer in November 2022, she hopes to support individuals who are experiencing mental health difficulties to share their experiences and be part of creating change for the services they access.

Josie Bristow-Booker

Josie Bristow-Booker

Living Well Admin Support Worker

Josie joined the Living Well team in February 2023. Josie has a diverse background in mental health from her voluntary role as Telephone Befriender for Careline Calling, a registered charity offering telephone support. Josie also has a great deal of administrative experience from working for Derbyshire Adult Community Education Service, which she brings to her new role.

Josie says “As Living Well Admin Support Worker, I support the voice of lived experience for all. My goal is to help reduce both the stigma and isolation still in our society around mental health, which I understand through my own mental health experiences and through supporting others as a Telephone Befriender."
